What is plasma technology?

• Plasma is the fourth state of the substance (the other three are solid, liquid and gas).
• Plasma is generated by gaseous electrolysis, heating to high temperatures, or by the transmission of high-energy electrons. 
• The plasma is a group of emit light which are composed of positive ions, electrons, free radicals and neutral gas atoms, such as fluorescent lamps, neon lights.
The property of the plasma technology is that it can produce large amounts of electrons, ions and other active material at 10,000 degree Celsius high temperature. The chemical reactions, which are not easily produced in the general environment, are easily produced in the environment with plasma. So it will has giant promoting effect in the current technological innovation.

The company currently produces from 10KW up to 1500KW torches, with the plasma reactor of a capacity up to 30 tonnes per day. In response to customer needs, solve waste disposal problems effectively, and give renewable energy back to customers, in order to re-use or other commercial use (valuable end product), to achieve the goal of environmental protection and energy conservation.

The end products are non-explosive, non-incendive， non-corrosive, non-toxic, non-reactive with water or emitting flammable gases.

When inorganic components in the wastes are vitrified and heated up to 1800 degrees via pyrolyses process could prevent reforming of complex organic molecules, at the same time, the organic matter is decomposed into gases. The formation of dioxins or furans is impossible inside the plasma reactor in such high temperatures and deprieved oxygen environment. This hot gas is then fed through a gas cleaning and conditioning system to remove any entrained particulates and/or acid gases prior to potential re-use. The off-gas meets local emission standards.
